Meet our Reception Team

I joined the Tylney team in 2014 as a Receptionist and was delighted to be promoted to Senior Receptionist and then Head of Reception within 2 years. 

I am now halfway through the first year in my new role and loving it! Our team is the guests' first point of call when arriving at the hotel and telephoning us, which as you can imagine means we are knowledgeable of all areas of the hotel, making our roles extremely varied. 

We are currently on the lookout for several new members to join our team in the following full-time positions:
