In the main Hall the suites and rooms lead off the magnificent wooden staircase that rises from the reception area. Each room is a little world unto itself, and has been decorated and furnished individually with period pieces to enhance its own particular charm. Sweep back the heavy drapes that frame the high period windows in many of the rooms and you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the rolling Hampshire countryside.

CLASSIC BEDROOMS
Classic Rooms are cosy and decorated in keeping with the hotel’s grand style. They are located in either the courtyard or the gardens and are furnished with either double or twin beds, an armchair with coffee table, writing desk and luxurious en-suite bathroom.

MANSION CLASSIC BEDROOMS
Similar in style to the Classic Bedrooms, with beautiful furnishings reflecting the hotel’s elegance, these rooms are situated in the mansion with many benefitting from period features. Again, they are furnished with either double or twin beds, an armchair with coffee table, writing desk and luxurious en-suite bathroom.

SUPERIOR CLASSIC BEDROOMS
Offering a little more space than the Classic options, our Superior Classic Bedrooms are located in the courtyards and gardens. Superior Classic Bedrooms are furnished with a double or twin bed and can accommodate an extra bed for a child.

MANSION SUPERIOR CLASSIC BEDROOMS
Situated in the resplendent Grade II listed mansion, the Mansion Superior Classic Bedrooms offer a little more space than the Classic options. Containing a king sized bed, many boast period features and can accommodate an extra child’s bed making it ideal for small families.

JUNIOR SUITES
Junior Suites are perfect for families or those requiring a little extra space. They include an extensive lounge, dining area and work desk and are located in the courtyards and garden. Junior Suites are furnished with a king or queen sized bed, many with period features and can accommodate an extra bed for a child.

MANSION JUNIOR SUITES
Mansion Junior Suites are perfect for families or those requiring a little extra space. They include an extensive lounge, dining area and work desk and are located in the Grade II listed mansion. Mansion Junior Suites are furnished with a king or queen sized bed, many with period features and can accommodate an extra bed for a child.

GARDEN SUITES
Perfect for guests who love a room with a view, the Garden Suites have direct access to the manicured Kitchen Garden and Walled Gardens with a delightful array of fruit trees and herbs on display. These newly refurbished, spacious, suites can accommodate up to two adults and two children, making them ideal for families. The ground floor Garden Suites are suitable for dogs.

ORANGERY SUITES
With its magnificent high windows, distinctive rustic brickwork and imposing position overlooking the resplendent Water Gardens, the Orangery contains four suites offering the pinnacle of seclusion and privacy. These recently refurbished, split-level suites are fully airconditioned with stylish walk-in shower rooms. Ideal for families, the Orangery Suites can accommodate up to two adults and two children.

MANSION SUITES
Situated in the Grade II listed mansion, our Mansion Suites provide a choice of either a large Studio Suite or those with two rooms so that you can benefit from a separate lounge or reception area. The bathrooms are larger and more luxurious, and some have corner whirlpool baths with separate walk in showers. Suites are large enough to accommodate two extra beds making them ideal for families.

MASTER SUITES
One of our most opulent and spacious accommodation can be found in the form of our Master Suites, both located in the Grade II listed mansion.
The Duke Suite has commanding views over the Hampshire countryside with an oak panelled lounge and spa bath, while the Duchess Suite has a four poster bed, a large separate lounge and views out to the avenue and neighbouring golf course. Ideal for larger families, they have room for an additional 2 children’s beds.

State Suite
Our brand new State Suite epitomises elegance and luxury. Located in the Grade II listed mansion, the suite has a rich history and the best views in the whole hotel - overlooking the Italian Garden, Boathouse Lake, as well as the redwood-flanked vista.
Enjoy tall ceilings, exquisite furnishings and a heavenly free-standing bath with knock-out views of the Hampshire countryside. The State Suite benefits from a large separate lounge, large bedroom with chaise lounge, walk-in wardrobe to the bathroom - which also boasts a rainforest shower.
