Charted psychologist, neuroscientist, and author, Dr Lindsay Browning joins us for an insightful conversation into the world of better sleep and how it affects your general wellbeing. She'll dive into the facts around a nights rest, and discuss how you can improve your own sleep through good sleep hygiene, managing stress, and getting the perfect amount each night. Before and during the three-course lunch, there will be the opportunity to ask Dr Browning your sleep questions.
