Pre-event planning
Tylney Hall’s client familiarisation event welcomed current and new clients of the hotel and across the Elite Hotels group. The event saw clients experience the very best that Tylney Hall has to offer, from luxurious accommodation, a sumptuous dinner, created by their award winning kitchen team and the opportunity to enjoy the 66 acres of historic grounds. Hosting the event was General Manager, Mark Robinson, Business Development Manager, Nikki Edwards, Events Manager Debbie Hine and the Sales & Marketing and Events teams.
Evening welcome & entertainment
Upon arrival Tylney’s guests were welcomed in the oak panelled Library bar & Terrace, overlooking the Italian gardens, where they were able to enjoy a summery welcome drink of Gin & Tonic and a selection of signature canapes, including: Maryland crab cakes & smoked salmon and pickled ginger sushi rolls. Guests were then escorted to the recently refurbished Chestnut Suite, Tylney’s largest private dining suite, with a capacity to host up to 120 guests. A seasonal dinner was served, designed by Executive Head Chef, Stephen Hine. Terrine of Salmon served with Dill Mayonnaise and a Cucumber Jelly Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce Moroccan Spiced Rosetted of Lamb with an Aubergine Caponata and Gratinated Potatoes Mushroom and Asparagus Risotto Seasonal Vegetables Apple Crumble Cheesecake with a Maple and Walnut Ice Cream Coffee and Petit Fours For after dinner entertainment, guests welcomed mind reader and comedian Graham Jolley, who went down an absolute storm. To end this superb evening, guests returned to Tylney’s Library Bar, where they enjoyed a selection of cheese and port before retiring to their luxurious, newly refurbished rooms, situated in the main house.
Team building exercise
Following a hearty Full English Breakfast in Tylney Hall’s award winning Oak Room Restaurant, guests were invited to partake in a GPS treasure hunt around the hotels grounds, giving them the opportunity to explore and truly appreciate the extensive grounds and facilities that Tylney has to offer. The winning team of the GPS treasure hunt! To cap off this jam packed client event, guests were invited to join the hotels team for a Jazz Luncheon in the hotels Hampshire Suite, a fully inclusive suite, set within its own private garden.
